Custom Home Design + Permit Drawings

Starting at $1.25 / square foot

Includes:

• Permit-ready construction drawings

• Floor plans, elevations, sections, and details as required

• Prescriptive wall bracing (if applicable)

• Site-specific design tailored to your lot and goals

• Collaborative design process with reasonable design revisions

• Basic 3D design visualization included

  • Exterior views and key interior views

  • Used for design clarity and early decision-making

• PDF plan set for permitting and construction

Additions & Renovations
