CUSTOM HOME DESIGN

Starting at $1.75 / square foot

Includes:

• Permit-ready construction drawings

• Floor plans, elevations, sections, and details as required

• Prescriptive wall bracing (if applicable)

• Site-specific design tailored to your lot and goals

• Collaborative design process with reasonable design revisions

• Standard 2-car garage (up to 500 square feet)

  • Additional garage space at $0.50 / square foot

• Standard 3D design visualization included

  • Exterior views and key interior views

  • Used for design clarity and decision-making

• PDF plan set for permitting and construction

• Direct communication and support throughout the process

• Garage Pricing: A standard attached 2-car garage (up to 500 SF) is included. Additional garage/shop area beyond 500 SF is billed at $0.50/SF.

ADDITIONS & RENOVATIONS

Starting pricing:

$1.75 – $2.00 per square foot ($1,650 minimum)

Compact, thoughtfully designed, and fully permit-ready. Includes full ADU design, permit-ready drawings, and basic 3D design visualization.

Starting pricing: 

Pre-designed home plans available. Ideal for builders or homeowners looking for a proven layout with reduced design time.

0–2100 sq ft — $1,250

2100–2600 sq ft — $1,650

2600–3500 sq ft — $2,250

3500+ sq ft — $2,650

Stock Garage & Shop Plans:

$0.50 per square foot ($650 minimum)
